The purpose of this research is to learn and evaluate what the teachers working in primary schools talk about in the teachers' room. This research, which was carried out in the qualitative research design, was studied in the phenomenology design. The data of the study were collected using a semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher. The research was carried out with 45 teachers working in Diyarbakır central primary schools. According to the research findings, teachers mostly talked about education-teaching, personal-family, economy, politics, and health.
