It is aimed to get the opinions of the viticulture in Erbaa regarding the evaluation of viticulture activities within the scope of gastronomic tourism. Before the study, 4 themes were determined by the researcher as production, problems of viticulture, tourism, and government incentives. After the codes were created from the determining themes, interview questions were prepared by making use of field experts. The data were obtained by audio recording as a result of interviews with 15 people who grow viticulture in Erbaa town center and villages. The records obtained after the interviews were put into written form. According to the findings, the viticulturists in the region think that they have heard the word gastronomy and that the evaluation of viticulture products obtained as a result of viticulture activities within the scope of gastronomy tourism will contribute both to the region and the country.
