The economic crisis caused by the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has caused governments to suspend funding for numerous projects. This situation had serious and negative consequences on the economy in the short and long term. This study, which also reflects the changes in the labor market, presents some results about the measures taken by the government.
In the research, first of all, the changes in the Russian labor market and employment status under the influence of restrictive measures during the pandemic period were examined. The general situation was analyzed with statistical data within the scope of the development of the employment of the population in the economy of the pandemic and the characteristics of the Russian labor market
