In the context of cultural studies, in this research, the Great Wall of China, which has a very important place and symbolic value in Chinese culture, has been examined. The main research question of the study is how the Great Wall of China adds richness to Chinese culture. For this purpose, first, the Chinese civilization and its relations with other nations in the period before the construction of the Wall, its construction stage and the main purpose of construction, the cost of construction, general features, standard geographical description, and sections have been mentioned. Then, information has been given about its place and importance in Chinese culture and its being a culture, tourism, and art center. The research model of the study is the literature review. As a result, the Great Wall of China still has got the distinction of being the longest defensive wall in the world today and has been declared one of the Official New Seven Wonders of the World. Thus, it is a symbol of Chinese culture and nationality and China's greatest cultural heritage. It is also an outstanding engineering marvel and a major tourist destination as evidence to the cultural achievements and resilience of Chinese society.
