Abstract

There has been no one who has not navigated the interesting, dreamy, fun, learning worlds of fairy tales. They are the areas where our childhood and all the values that make us who we are today are learned. With the development of technology, the tales that move out of the stagnation in the books and move with animation appear in various media such as cinema, television and the internet. When there is a need to open a video for children to keep busy or to help them eat, it seems that the content producer that we come across is not enough. Within the scope of this research, when the content related to storytelling on YouTube is examined, it is seen that three channels are at the top. It has been examined how much importance they give to the basic principles of animation in the production of these contents. Content produced by content producers should be further developed in terms of animation and their number should be increased. It is seen that the unrealistic drawing of one of the videos examined within the scope of the research and its motionless preparation only slowly back and forth cause the number of views to be behind compared to the other two videos.
