ANALYSIS OF THE OPINIONS ON THE USE OF DIGITAL EDUCATION (EBA, EBA TV AND OTHER PLATFORMS) IN ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the opinions of school administrators on the use of digital education (EBA) in organizational change and to offer solutions. Qualitative research methods were used in the study. Content analysis technique was used while performing data analysis in the research. The study group of the research consists of 12 school principals in the Yenişehir district of Diyarbakır province. In the research, interviews were conducted with 12 people. The research was carried out with the qualitative holistic multi-case patterned descriptive survey method. Semi-structured interview forms developed by the researcher were used to collect the research data. The universe of the research consists of 12 school principals working in public schools in Diyarbakır province, Yenişehir district in the 2020-2021 academic year. Research data were analyzed by theme analysis, case analysis, and descriptive analysis. When the research results are examined; It is seen that school administrators find the use of digital education (EBA) appropriate in organizational change, there are deficiencies in the use of digital education (EBA) in organizational change, the inadequacy of infrastructure is the leading among them, and according to school administrators, the outcome evaluation questions in the EBA content are sufficient. It is seen that most school administrators find the portfolio (evaluation with points) system in the content of EBA appropriate, the biggest technical problem faced by the administrators in the EBA application is the problem of connecting to the EBA, and it is a serious problem for the administrators that there is no obligation to use the teachers in the distance education processes
