The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of the Covid-19 epidemic process, which causes a major health problem in the world, on education in line with the views of primary and secondary school administrators. The research was designed as a phenomenological pattern, one of the qualitative research types. The working stakeholders of the research consist of 10 school administrators working in primary and secondary schools. Maximum variation sampling, one of the purposeful sampling types, was used in the selection of the sample. Data were collected using a semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher. In the research, primary and secondary school administrators have different problems in the education system of the Covid-19 process and these problems are lack of communication, spending a lot of time with technology, teachers and administrators feeling lonely, decrease in interaction between students, parents and teachers, and disruptions in internet access. It has been determined that the decrease in administrative stakeholders is in the form of reckless behaviors and irregularities in students.
