The artists have produced their works in order to get rid of the deadlocks of the modern world and have tried to get rid of this situation. This has emerged through different images in artists' works. Haydar Ergülen, who is one of the poets of the 1980 period in the history of Turkish Literature, gave his poems within the framework of the imaginative poetry understanding of the period. Childhood theme emerged as the image of existential escape in Haydar Ergülen. The childhood theme seen in the poet's poems has been tried to be revealed with the support of different disciplines.
