Abstract

The resilience of teachers working in public schools in Denizli metropolitan districts in the 2022-2023 academic year was investigated. The study was conducted in a quantitative and descriptive search model. Data were collected from 297 teachers using an easily accessible sampling method. Teachers' psychological resilience is high in some items. In some items, it is at a moderate level, and its general average is at a moderate level. The fact that teachers have a medium level of psychological resilience, in general, necessitates taking precautions. On the other hand, while the psychological resilience levels of teachers do not differ from personal characteristics such as gender, age, and level of employment, it differs according to marital status and career status, and while it is high in favor of married people according to marital status, it is high in favor of expert teachers according to career status.
