Today, it is very important to provide the necessary support and incentives by carrying out different projects in order to strengthen the position of women in social life, to increase their participation in business life and to gain a more active role. It is an undeniable fact that women will be more conscious in an egalitarian environment, with the fact that women are active in a qualified area in the society where they can improve themselves and their access to education is facilitated in this area. In this context, women’s centers can offer motivation and support as areas where women can receive literacy, handicraft and computer training, socialize with sports activities, and provide cultural, social and economic personal development. It can be said that designing these centers together in safe centers suitable for social activities, where women with children can leave their children more actively and comfortably, can increase the number of women who benefit. Youth centers also create a ground where students who cannot be supported by paid education can develop themselves. In this context, it is important to examine the design criteria by examining the implemented projects so that they can be used as a base in the designs of centers for women and youth, and in order to determine the efficiency in the completed applications and to determine the needs that may arise in the next applications. For this purpose, Şanlıurfa-Hilvan "Women’s Health, Sports and Life Center" and "Mini Youth Center", one of the complex projects for women and youth, which are few in our country, were examined. Functioning of this building group for activities in different fields distinguishes this center from other women’s centers. The selection of this district, where social opportunities are limited, constitutes a meaningful example in examining the spatial use together with the benefits it offers to the society. This center, which was designed in the district that does not have wide opportunities in terms of socio-economic and accessibility, was financed by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Spor TOTO Organization Presidency. Within the scope of the study, the needs program and projects determined for the building group, which was built with the motto of "Strong women, strong youth, strong generation", were evaluated and the principles leading the design were revealed.
