Sharia registers mean court decisions. These decisions, which have survived from the Ottoman period to the present, give us a lot of information about the social, political and economic structure of the society. Because, starting from the information recorded in the registers, we can see the structure of the society and its relations with each other, the economic structure in the inheritance and estate records, and the content of the relations between the central administration and the provinces in the decisions sent from the center. 108 of the şer'iyye registers, the microfilms of which are registered in the Prime Ministry Ottoman Archives, are related to the city of Kütahya. The records dated between 1785 and 1788 are in the Kütahya Şer'iyye Register No. Our study to determine the family structure of the period will be examined in line with the data in the registry.
