In the study, the reflections of the ILO conventions on the social security legislation will be discussed and evaluated in terms of their impact on the social security system. In convention; A flexible method has been followed for developing and poor countries to accept the contract, and exemptions have been introduced that some insurance branches may be accepted later or benefit from temporary exceptions for some provisions related to insurance branches. While the provisions it contains impose obligations on the member states, as in the name of the Convention No. 102, the provisions should be considered as minimum norms, but it is seen that they are applied as the maximum rights provided in the country's legislation
