COMMUNICATION SKILLS EXPECTED OF SCHOOL PRINCIPALS

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the communication skill expected of school principals. Within the scope of their search, the literature view was conducted by examining the article studies in the National Thesis Center of YÖK, Google Scholar, and national and international journals for the communication skill expected of school ad mini stratus. 

As a result of the study, it has been seen that the communication skill expected of school principals are those to have a lifelong learning philosophy, be ready to serve and work, emit positive energy by thinking positively, and be open to innovations.
