The aim of this study is to examine the problems faced by school principals in school management during the COVID-19 period. The study group of the research, in which qualitative research methods were used, consists of 15 school principals. Semi-structured interview report was used as a data collection tool in the study. Appropriate content techniques were used while analyzing the research data. As a result of the study, the problems faced by school principals in school management during the COVID-19 epidemic were evaluated in many ways. School management, both individually and as a management, handled the event from many aspects and applied different methods. The school administration has worked to be prepared for the problems they may encounter in the distance education process, to consult among themselves, to communicate with different school principals, to receive different opinions, and to benefit from teacher experiences. During the COVID-19 epidemic, it was thought that the school administration could easily get through this process with common sense and self-sacrificing work.
