Crises, which are unpredictable and unavoidable situations, are difficult times for organizations. While crises threaten their lives, organizations that want to survive are always looking for ways to overcome crises. This study, is built on the questions "Which skills are necessary to ensure organizational resilience of organizations that want to continue their existence in times of crisis and is organizational ambidexterity one of these skills?". As a result of the study, it was found that; organizational ambidexterity is one of the antecedents of organizational resilience, organizational ambidexterity can ensure the survival of the organization in an organizational crisis and in this direction, organizational ambidexterity is seen as effective in providing organizational resilience.
