Abstract

Interviews are conversations made in the form of questions and answers with well-known people in politics, art and business. These interviews give opinions and unique comments of well-known people are important in terms of reflecting information, impressions and opinions. It is of western origin. The first examples of Turkish literature are seen in the period of Servetifünun. It is often confused with genres such as interview and chat. There is confusion about the definition and whether the interview belongs to the speaking or the speaker. Erdem Batyazıt is one of the well-known names of the literary and political world of the Republican Period. He was mentioned among the poets of "New Islamist Movement" and was recognized as one of the "Seven Beautiful Men". He also actively participated in politics for a while. Therefore, his thoughts, personality and life were wondered and many interviews were made with him. Bayazıt; expressed his thoughts, his unique comments on many issues from the social, cultural and political problems of our country and the world to poetic problems of poetry, explained the principles of poetry to politics in his interviews. These principles and thoughts guide the new generation struggling with the dilemmas of modernism. He interpreted the political developments not only in his country but also in the world of his age in line with his world view and could not separate his art from politics. Besides important information in terms of literary history; the weaknesses, dreams and disappointments of these important personalities are also given in the sections where important literary personalities and poetry memories of publishing are explained.
