INVESTIGATION OF TURKISH BANKING SECTOR EMPLOYMENT: 2000-2018 YEARS

Abstract

The subject of the article that "Turkey Banking Sector Investigation of Employment: Years 2000-2018" has previously conducted studies thesis, books, presentations, articles, weblinks and so on. Examined a variety of sources, public employment and TSI (Turkey Statistics Institute) data were utilized. The study will benefit from the active employment policies for the long-term unemployed by the relevant institutions from today to the future. The aim of the study is to clarify certain theoretical positions, to develop specific methodological approaches and practical suggestions to increase the employment of the population on the basis of scientific proof of new directions for the development of the labor market mechanism. The study, it is aimed to examine the employment situation in the banking sector between 2000-2018. The universe of the study is to analyze employment in Turkey.
