Printmaking art is the process of producing artworks produced by printing and reproducing. It involves the creation and editing of a shape using materials on paper or other surfaces.
By repeating this printing process, the artist can produce a large number of original artworks. The magic of the printed painting lies in the artist's anticipation, which is created during the production process when creating the image through a printing machine. It uses many tools such as metal, wood, linoleum, acetate paper, glass to create different images, and each technique has its own rules. Printmaking is often a process that allows artists to produce more than one original piece of art. In most cases, the artist creates an image on a matrix made of metal, stone, wood or other materials. This study aims to introduce the techniques of printmaking at a basic level and to introduce the artists who have produced works in this field with print painting examples
