Staff empowerment accelerates an organization to become a learning organization, to maintain the organizational learning process, and to ensure that the organization achieves its goals and vision. In this sense, the concept of staff empowerment has more meaning, especially for health institutions. Because staff empowerment provides both learning and optimal decision making for healthcare workers. Marsick and Watkins see the concept of staff empowerment as a tool to help the organization learn and achieve vision. In this sense, Marsick and Watkins explained the variables that make up the dimension of personnel empowerment learning organization and stated that in order for staff empowerment to become more operational within the organization, the variables of the staff empowerment should have positive relations between each other and accordingly these variables should complement each other. In this context, the relationship between the variables of the empowered employee learner dimension, the complementarity of the variables, the effect of the variables on each other, and the levels and levels of contribution to the relational structure of the variables were determined within the scope of the perceptions of the health workers working in Karabük University Training and Research Hospital. According to the findings, all the relationships between the variables of empowered employees and the size of the learning organization were positive, meaningful and generally at medium level. In addition, it has been determined that all the variables in question are complementary to each other, their quantitative quantities or levels are medium. Subsequently, the effect coefficients that the variables made to each other were calculated and all these effects were found to be positive, meaningful and generally at a medium level. Accordingly, the contribution levels of all variables to the relational structure were also at a medium level. In the light of all this information, it has been determined that the empowered employees at the Karabük University Training and Research Hospital have positive relationships between the variables that make up the size of the learning organization, the complementarity of the variables, the positive effects on the variables and the contribution to the relational structure. Accordingly, it was concluded that the size of the organization that empowered employees in Karabük University Training and Research Hospital became functional. If needed, activities and environments that may affect and affect each other can be created in order to increase the relationships between the variables of empowered employees learning organization size, the complementarity of variables, the effect of variables on each other, and the contribution levels of variables to the relational structure
