After the earthquake in Turkey in 1999, authorized persons or institutions increased the importance given to the supervision of the buildings. Research conducted by scientists after the earthquake showed that there were uncontrolled structures, not earthquakes, that caused human death.
Work has been initiated by the Ministry to eliminate irresponsibility or deficiencies in the construction sector. Law no. 4708, which is currently in force, has been enacted. Though to this law, structures that are safer, more robust, with zoning, with different standards and quality materials are used to build.
The main purpose of the study, the presence of the reason for building inspection, scientific articles written about in the way of working and building inspection sector, Turkey is to analyze and summarize the issues that are put forward for the sector by examining their master's and doctoral theses.
