Abstract

It is very difficult for today's organizations to achieve continuous success in changing world conditions. The main axis of an organization's success is knowing its environment. Keeping abreast of developments in the environment in which they live helps organizations get better than they are. In this direction, organizations also need theories that can better manage their systems. In these theories, Total Quality Theory both increases the quality of the organization and reveals the conditions that will ensure its success. With the adoption of the total quality theory understanding, organizations can offer improvements, innovations and good services to their customers and events in the environment.  The aim of total quality theory is to examine the conditions in an organization according to the total quality theory. Education organization, one of the most important organizations in society, is one of the organizations most affected by the developments in the world. Management theories to be adopted in this direction are important for educational organizations. However, since the center of this institution is human, it cannot conform to all theories. The educational organization should take different initiatives, especially in terms of management. One of these initiatives, the need to benefit from the total quality theory of education, is still a debated issue. It is also important that total quality theory becomes more common in educational organizations in terms of its economic benefits to education in the changing world. The aim of this study is to examine the contributions of total quality theory to educational administration. The benefits of total quality management theory for educational management will be understood in this study.
