Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to examine the organizational climate and the effects of businesses on innovation performance. Each business has its climate, personality and inner environment. Organizational climate, like the climates in geographical regions, emerges with the effect of many environmental factors. The organizational climate that supports the creation of a safe and peaceful environment, promotes innovation and creativity; It provides mutual benefits to the business with the employees as it affects the satisfaction and success, the advantages of the organizational climate are benefited in developing the business and achieving the objectives of the business. Therefore, organizational climate is an emotional impact that is noticeable in business life and difficult to define. The morale level and positive atmosphere surrounding the business; It is formed by the strength of employees' related, well-intentioned and belonging feelings.
Innovation; their thoughts mean being able to transform their marketing into a marketable product or service, new manufacturing, a distribution method or a community service in an increasingly competitive global environment with rapidly developing technology, businesses need to differentiate to survive. In other words, innovation causes globalization and globalization to make innovation mandatory. Innovation is an important alternative for sustainable growth and profitability. The way to differentiate is innovation and is also defined as the transformation of new thoughts and creativity into the commercial benefit.
In this study, creating a healthy organizational climate and increasing the motivation of the employees; In policy development processes, the benefits of ensuring the participation of employees, considering their needs, considering the expectations of the employees, positioning the employees according to their characteristics, and ensuring their compliance with their jobs will be included and suggestions will be created.
