In this study; Under the title of "the effects of information technologies on customer-oriented management approach"; Priority issues that businesses will pay attention to, such as matters requiring attention in activities between consumers and businesses, the purpose of computer technologies, the roles of information technologies in organizations and superiority in competition. Technology innovations cause differences to occur. Consumers follow the innovations brought by technological developments for different reasons. Computer-related technologies are the primary areas of innovation that employees require. Customer-oriented management and information technologies; In global competition and in today's dynamic environments, it is an important factor in increasing the competitiveness of enterprises and developing relations with consumers. The use of information technologies is an indispensable factor in institutions. Information technologies play many roles in making and implementing both strategic and operational decisions. For example, it is possible to mention the important effects of technologies such as artificial intelligence and thermal cameras in the diagnosis, treatment and services of COVID-19 outbreak. Managers' views of information technologies are different. It is noticed by the business managers that information technology management and information technologies are changing and should be a serious task to work with. Therefore, the successful implementation of customer relationship management passes information.
