Abstract

With the 1982 Constitution, the parliamentary system was accepted as the government system of our country, but historical events and changes and developments in the socio-economic structure also led to the emergence of thoughts about the change of the parliamentary system and the discussion of new government systems. Particularly in the constitution in 2007, the debate about the determination of the current government system within the government systems has also accelerated. The alternative semi-presidential system in this context has been the subject of many debates in the political history of our country. As a matter of fact, there are opinions in the face of this system existence that criticism of the instability of the executive organ can be said, as well as create a full developed country profile at the same time
