Nowadays, the rapidly developing technology has begun to remove geographical borders, in this direction the demand for the production of high value added products increased as well as simple quality products has increased. Technocities, where science and technology are developed, aim to meet this demand through their qualifications. Technocities, established with the Technology Development Zones Law in 2001, has undertaken key tasks such as providing university-industry cooperation, making innovations, developing knowledge and technology. It is expected that these investments will maintain their continuity and not deviate from their aims in order to be able to show desired development performance of technology and technology related investments that have become a condition of economic development. For this reason, the supervision of these institutions is very important in terms of the successful completion of the technology policies.
