REMIGRATION TRENDS ESENYURT CINAR QUARTER SAMPLE

Abstract

Migration is one of the most important problems of our country. The phenomenon of immigration means that for cities that emigrate, cities become smaller and thus lose their function, which means that they are experiencing extreme growth and urbanization for migrating cities. In this context, reverse migration is seen as an important alternative in solving the problems of cities. This study was carried out in the Çınar district of the city of Esenyurt, Istanbul, which has the highest number of immigrants in our country. In a screening survey conducted with 147 subjects in Çınar district, 30.6% of the subjects said yes, while 20.4% of respondents gave partial responses. When these results are considered, it is possible to achieve the result that they tend to migrate in the opposite direction
