In this research, it is aimed to determine the possible relationship between the quality of faculty life, academic self-efficacy and satisfaction with life. The research was carried out with the assumption that there is a relationship between the academic conditions and situations faced by the students in the faculty life and level of academic self-efficacy and satisfaction with life of the student. For this purpose, a research was conducted on 758 students studying in various departments of the faculty of economic and administrative sciences of a state university. Questionnaire was used as data collection method in the research. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed by using the SPSS. As a result of the research, it was determined that a significant positive correlation relationship between all the dimensions of the quality of faculty life (satisfaction with faculty, satisfaction with faculty members, satisfaction with classroom environment and student relations) and the level of academic self-efficacy, satisfaction with life of students, a significant positive correlation relationship between the level of academic self-efficacy and satisfaction with life of students
