Abstract

Change, usually is the result of a rational analysis and planning process. This kind of change desired in the situation and
tried to take steps to achieve the goals of special. In this way you feel is important is that we control ourselves during
change. Change encompasses a wide scope of activities that would cut off ties with the past and this is usually not reversed.
In particular, the present depth change and risk-taking activities include the demolition of the mold. Change the results of
the consequences of change always contains less information. In this regard, organizations, political resistance to changes
in the environment, and managers are faced with uncertainty about opportunities. In this regard, it is important to focus
on the issue of opportunity. Organizational change, exchange capacity and as a result of the opportunity is seen as partners.
However, trying to limit the exchange, the organizations working to stem the significant resources are lost. In this regard,
business activities to continue, with competitors able to cope and develop themselves to the environment occurring in the
exchange to follow these changes in accordance with changes to plan and in line with this change strategies need to
identify. Businesses change their strategic thinking, management style, in the technology they use at work on
organizational forms and much more is manifested.
