Abstract

Visual memory can be defined as the image related to the materialisation of picture in memory which is formed by experiencing the data of perception thanks to the mind. The clues or visual image of perceptual data recognised by optical perception are recorded by piling them up in visual memory via approval of mind. Not all perceptual data may include recorded image in memory. The stocked record of the visual or non-visual image comes in front of mind as a restructured form in mind to be used when needed. Here,it is important to experience easily and perceive readily the visual quality affecting perceptual selectivity or the features of the object such as;form, size, mass and volume through mind. Therefore, visual perceptional data is one of the most important tool which is necessary in the commodified cultural environment. Also,it is enough fort he image to stick on the wall of mindwithout comprehending the imaginary characteristic of the object.Neo-Liberal postmodern cultural politics are trying hard to establish a new postmodern consumer culture for free market economy by manupulating on perceptual data to affect and transform the communities thanks to visual perception. Moreover, forcing the provoked individual to make a choice or imitation by visuality has been carried out by using perceptual data
