THE DESCRIPTION AND CLASSIFICATION OF THE HUSN-I TALIL IN RHETORIC BOOKS

Abstract

In the rhetoric books are described ‘muhassinat-i lafziye and manewiya’ called literary arts in detail with examples. Literary arts has been described in the section of bedi of this books. In this books metonymy, metaphor, simile, allusion is described in the beyan part. Consisting of bedi, beyan, meani sections in the number of rhetoric books there has been a significant increase after the Tanzimat. The source of rhetoric books Siracuddin-i Sekkaki's Miftah and its summaries and commentaries has been. However, many new art are included in Miftah's commentaries and summaries. One of the literary arts located in rhetoric books also is hüsn-i ta’lîl. This art while not in place in the Miftah, in Telhis that is explains.
