The mobbing concept of SMEs, especially about personal relationships, is of great importance in terms of the future, success and productivity of the operator. The concept of mobbing is named in different forms as discomfort in Turkish, gathering in the middle or "attack". Nowadays, regardless of gender, hierarchical structure or cultural difference, it is not possible to draw a character to become a victim in the mobbing incident that occurs in many workplaces. Because all types of occupations can be exposed to mobbing applications. In our study, the level of perception of mobbing behaviors in terms of socio-demographic variables of the SMEs were examined and it was found that the exposure rates to mobbing behaviors were high.
