Abstract

An investigation conducted on culinary workers using the questionnaire technique will be presented. This study aims to determine the relationship between the levels of work-family and family-work conflict with level of general work-family conflict. The collected data were analyzed by using 21.0 SPSS statistical package program and LISREL 8.80 statistical software with reliability analysis, arithmetic means, correlation analysis, regression analysis, factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. According to the research result; work-family conflict levels, family-work conflict levels and general work-family conflict levels of the culinary workers are below the middle level. Moreover, it was determined that the variable affecting the level of general work-family conflict is the dimension of work-family conflict. A strong positive relationship between work-family and family-work conflict with general work-family conflict of culinary workers was identified.
