EVALUATION OF THE STUDIES ABOUT TEACHERS’ VIEWS ON SCIENCE EDUCATION CURRICULUM

The aim of this study is analyzing the research articles and postgraduate theses conducted in our country between 2005 and 2019 in terms of some variables related to the opinions of teachers about the science education curriculum. Within the scope of the study, 40 postgraduate theses and 19 research articles related to teachers' views on science education curriculum were examined. The postgraduate theses examined were accessed from postgraduate theses open to access at YÖK National Thesis Center, and research articles were reached through relevant journals scanned in ULAKBİM and journals published by universities in our country. The determined theses and articles were examined with the thesis / article review form developed for this research. According to the results of the study, it is concluded that there are research articles and master theses on this subject, but there are few doctoral studies, it is preferred to interview as a research method, and there are mostly teacher opinions related to the 2005 curriculum in the studies
