Generation Y is generally known as the generation born between 1980 and 2000, tech-savvy, capable of multitasking and team acting, autonomous, self-centered, ambitious, loves work with many stereotypical characterizations and meaning, including informal behavior. The transformative manager is the person who inspires the employees and provides motivation in negative situations resulting from the change, knows how to manage the intellectual human resource, is knotted with concepts such as knowledge, learning and innovation that form the infrastructure of Industry 4.0, has a mission to apply this concept as a daily goal, and sets a vision for his business to be among the best The ultimate goal of the study is to address the issue of how the manager type should be, which transfers Industry 4.0's implementation style of techno-management into the next century, and to place the awareness that such managers are necessary in businesses with future vision in order to adapt to innovation and change. For this purpose, the concepts were carefully analyzed by conducting a literature review, which is a qualitative research technique, and their importance was emphasized by explaining the type of managers of the future that are associated with each other.
