In the global competitive environment where rapid change is experienced, the basic factors on which success is based have also changed and the human factor has come to the fore. Employees, also called internal customers, and their contributions to the organization will provide a great advantage on the way to success. In this context, businesses that can satisfy their employees also contribute to their becoming organizational citizens who display voluntary and positive behaviors for the institution they work for. At this point, concepts such as organizational citizenship and corporate culture become important for organizations. In this study, in the context of Cameron and Quinn's corporate culture model, the organizational citizenship behaviors of academic staff working at Kastamonu University were analyzed comparatively through Faculties and Vocational Schools. Considering the results of the research, it is seen that there is a positive relationship between corporate culture and organizational citizenship behavior and that corporate culture positively affects organizational citizenship behavior. According to the results of the research, there are significant differences in terms of corporate culture and organizational citizenship behavior in Faculties and Vocational Schools.
