In the fourth study, the moral philosophy of Kindi and the effectiveness of CBT in the treatment of depression were compared. According to Kindi's philosophy, overcoming situations that cause trouble for a person is a situation that a person must overcome himself. In the CIS, a person can overcome this difficult process accompanied by a therapist. In the fifth study, a review study on the effectiveness of CBT on depression was discussed. In the sixth study, a review study conducted on people with depression who have lost their eyesight was discussed. In the latest study, a review study comparing CPT and CBT and drug therapy in the treatment of depression was discussed. As a result of the study, it could not be clearly said that KPT is superior to medication and CBT. It has been emphasized that each form of treatment is superior in itself. Based on these studies, it is suggested that CBT is an effective form of treatment for depression and that it should be applied to people in the treatment of depression.
