Abstract

Human history; It is covered with many traumatic events in social, political and economic as well as psychological and
emotional sense. It is possible to show the epidemic processes as one of the most powerful factors in terms of sourcing these
traumatic events. While it is more likely to be limited to regions where an outbreak occurred in the past, it is almost impossible
to predict the spread rate and impact limits of an outbreak in any region, especially in the globalizing world today. Although
the effects of the epidemic process called pandemic can be overcome to a minimum, it is possible to associate these effects
with people's psychosocial health status and moral-motivational capacities. In this context, our research aims to investigate the
psychosocial effects of education, which is one of the important elements of education, which we can symbolize the pandemic
process, which has increased its tone and power every day by increasing its influence tone and strength every day in our country,
as in the world, recently. The sample of our study consists of a total of 111 teachers, 79 (71.2%) females and 32 (28.8) males,
who participated in the survey organized interactively via communication tools. In the SPSS program, the frequency, arithmetic
mean, the standard deviation of the data obtained by using the "Personal Information Form" and the "Pandemic Questionnaire",
which was formed by 14 questions to determine the psychosocial status of the educators in the pandemic process; since the
survey values are within the normal distribution score range, the t-test and Anova test, which are among the parametric tests,
were applied by accepting the significance level p <0.05 and the following results were achieved: The effect of variables of
“gender, age, seniority, branch, marital status, having children” on the psychosocial status of the sample during the pandemic process did not reach statistical significance level; in the questionnaire, it was determined that the item related to the conditions
of experiencing illness anxiety and fear was reached for the patient and his family according to the pre-sample in the pandemic
process.
