Today, it is possible to conclude that organizational culture makes the team productive by combining all kinds of activities and
relationships within the company. It creates the external image of the organization and determines the nature of relations with
customers and partners. Culture helps to focus efforts on the main strategic directions determined according to the company's
core mission. Having a strong organizational culture becomes a tradition for many companies, as only a strong culture can
create the “socio-economic space” that will ensure the company's highest productivity, success and employee engagement. The
aim of the research is to examine the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction.
