THE IMPORTANCE OF THE SCIENTIFIC METHOD WON BY THE QUR'AN AND THE NATURE IN THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE QUR'AN IN THE CONTEXT OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

Abstract

Human being is a learning system. The learning techniques and methods must be in the frame of contemperary scientific structure. In this context, the methods which will be used to understand the nature and Qur'an verses, are very important. Wrong methods toke used to wrong results.
One of the main objectives of scientific research is the methodology it will bring to human beings. Likewise, the Qur'an is a book that gives people methods and perspectives. One has to have a scientific method to reach the most accurate information about verses. It also needs this methodology for one to properly believe in the Qur'an. Because of these methods, epistemic faith is realized. Therefore, scientific methodology is very important in understanding the Qur'an correctly in religious education activities.
Each scientific faculty has its own specific methodology. The specific methodology proposed for this discipline is a reduced version of the general methodology. The method of revelation and nature gained in understanding the Qur'an greatly destroyed the understanding that was not based on scientific basis.
