It is important to reveal the factors that affect teachers' job satisfaction levels and to try to eliminate the negative factors that affect their job satisfaction levels. The purpose of this research; what the job satisfaction levels of teachers are, whether there is a significant difference between teacher job satisfaction level and professional knowledge (branch, institution type, choice of profession, professional experience, tenure in the institution), demographic characteristics (age, gender, marital status, education level) and The aim is to examine whether there is a relationship between teacher job satisfaction and the level of job satisfaction.
The research was concluded with the findings obtained from 110 teachers working in the Çukurova district in the 2020-2021 academic year.
Teachers' job satisfaction levels; It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between gender, marital status, type of institution, branch, and choice of profession.
school principals; In order to achieve the desired goals in education, increase school success, and make permanent behavioral changes in students, teachers should care about their job satisfaction levels and take the necessary precautions to keep teachers job satisfaction levels high.
