An Overview of School Management

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to collect information about school management with a general overview and to convey this information in an orderly manner. Descriptive analysis method was used as the method. A literature review was conducted on the subject. When the literature on the subject is examined, the studies in academic research journals can be at national or international level, while on the other hand, various studies have been conducted on a journal-based basis, focusing on the subject of the article or the method used in the study. As a result, similar results emerged in many articles and journals in the literature review. According to these results, the role of the school principal in school management is important, but when the school principal makes a decision about the school, he should make the decision by including the teachers, students and other stakeholders in the school. Otherwise, there will be difficulties in adapting to the decisions to be made and many employees will not be happy with their work. Students will also be affected by this and will not give due importance to their lessons.
