Abstract

In this study; How the digital course content created with Web 2.0 applications and tools, which was important before but became more important in the pandemic process that emerged in our country as of March 2020, is prepared, for what purpose these applications can be used, which content should be selected when preparing digital education and training materials, what should be considered when choosing. It is aimed to give information about the need for attention and the usage information for their purposes and to determine the right method in these choices. The production, use, and management of digital applications, digital content, and digital materials are gaining importance day by day in terms of educational activities. Being able to access these contents easily, anytime, anywhere, regardless of location and time; has been effective in the development of storage, information transfer, and communication methods. Along with the developments and advances in information and communication technologies, different web tools and applications are developed by developers and servers in order for people to reach the information, documents, and data they need and to interact with the data, and they are offered for use in line with the needs. In this study, the innovative and constructivist digital education and training materials brought by the developing and advancing information, communication, and computer technologies, which application is used for what purpose, which application should be managed and reflected in the most efficient way, which content is suitable for which technology and how this suitability is correct. It is aimed to give information about the issues that can be applied in a way. Moreover; With this study, it is aimed to be a guide and guide in terms of the effects of Web 2.0 tools and applications on educational environments and what precautions should be taken, and what should be done in terms of using these tools efficiently
