The aim of this study is to determine the organizational climate of tourism enterprises; is the analysis of its effects on sustainable competitiveness and performance. Organizational climate scales and performance scales were used to collect data for this study, and the survey was conducted in 32 ministry-certified tourism facilities operating in the province of Bolu, and the sample size is 324 people. Using the SPSS statistical program with the data obtained through the scales; reliability analysis and regression analysis were performed. As a result of the regression analysis for this study: it was determined that communication between employees had a positive effect on competition (p= 0.00<0.05) and flexibility (p= 0.00<0.05) has been done.
