Abstract

In the modern sense, it is used in the solution of all difficulties and problem-solving skills Education, which is adopted as the development of education, is undoubtedly one of the most important processes. So much for education, A quality education, a quality institution, and a quality teacher in a process where it is important, The locomotive of education can be realized under the guidance of teachers and schools working in these institutions. are administrators.  The purpose of this research; administrators and teachers working in disadvantaged areas whether they see the institution they work

for as a disadvantage or if they see it as a disadvantage, they suggest how to solve these advantages. The situation from qualitative research designs in the research Semi-structured interview forms was used to study and collect data. The study group of research consisted of Samsun Province Canik District Yavuz Selim Neighborhood and İkiyüz Evler 30 teachers working in the district where Roma students live in his neighborhood forms. In the research, the data were analyzed by content analysis method.

In front of disadvantaged (Roman) students living in the region to reach a quality education;

the lack of suitable physical conditions of educational institutions, the existence of families whose education awareness is not developed, economic problems, the inadequacy of course materials, lack of role models, cultural life negatives, etc. It is possible to list such obstacles as. In line with all these obstacles identified, Supporting administrators and teachers working in these regions in many ways, and strengthening; also from the experiences of the said administrators and teachers. Use has been found to be important. It has been determined that joining projects and studies with Non-Governmental Organizations will play an effective role in solving the problem. It is believed that the findings obtained will contribute to the education system.
