Abstract

This study includes the content analysis of the doctoral and master's thesis studies on Cultural Leadership in Educational Administration. The aim of this study is to analyze the content analysis of the doctorate and master's thesis studies on Cultural Leadership, one of the leadership types in the field of Educational Administration, about who, under what conditions, and how the questionnaires and scales applied to administrators and teachers at the level of kindergarten, primary school, secondary school, high school, and private teaching institution. consists of. The research was carried out in the qualitative data model, one of the descriptive survey models. The data of the research were collected by the researcher through a detailed data analysis of 19 thesis studies in different years in different universities in different school types and in which different numbers of questionnaires-scales were applied. In the research, it can be said that the content analysis, which was carried out mainly for teachers and administrators in secondary schools and primary schools, was evaluated descriptively, and it can be said that the thesis studies were written in Turkish and mainly consisted of theses at the Master's level. Secondary and primary schools are evaluated descriptively, thesis studies are written in Turkis hand mainly consist of master degree thesis.
