THEMATICAL INVESTIGATION OF GRADUATE THESIS RELATED TO THE QUANTUM LEARNING MODEL IN TURKEY

This research was carried out in order to examine the postgraduate theses on the quantum learning model in Turkey in terms of various themes, to contribute to the literature and to create a reference for future research. In the research, the document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. The data of the research were obtained by scanning the theses in the database of the National Thesis Center of the Council of Higher Education. All 23 thesis studies open to access, covering the years 2006-2021, were included in the scope of the research. The theses investigated within the scope of the research; 18 of them are at the level of a master's and 5 of them are at the level of a doctoral thesis. At the stage of classification of thesis studies, publish date, university, institute, method, genre, study group, aim and result were focused on. As a result of the research, the thesis studies on the quantum learning model; The years of their publication increased in 2014 and 2019, the thesis studies conducted at the Eskişehir Osmangazi University the most, the thesis studies carried out in the institute of educational sciences ranked first among the institutes, the quantitative method was mainly used, the master's thesis studies were more than three times compared to the doctoral thesis studies, and the secondary school level concentration was found. In the distribution of the aim and result of the theses, it is determined that the effect of the quantum learning model on academic success has come into prominence. As a result of the research, regarding the quantum learning model; It is suggested that further research should be done by considering doctoral thesis studies, qualitative research methods, various school levels, and some variables.
