Abstract

In this study, the literature review method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used. For this, various sources such as books, magazines and articles were used. This article emphasizes the importance of effective and efficient schools and the presence of self-trained and talented principals and teachers in those schools so that students can receive a better education. In this sense, in an effective school, research and learning culture should be structured in accordance with student needs. A principal or administrator in an effective school is understanding and empathetic, trying to maintain a positive school climate between teacher-student relations at school; a good bond and communication between teachers and students positively affect the motivation of teachers and students. An effective teacher is constantly striving for self-development and renewal. It is of great importance that school principals or administrators assist in the efforts of effective teachers to train themselves. An effective teacher should not be distant about using new and effective techniques and methods and should constantly renew himself.
