INVESTIGATION OF STUDENTS' VIEWS ON DISTANCE EDUCATION DURING THE PANDEMIC PROCESS

In this study, it was examined whether the students encountered any difficulties during the distance education process due to the pandemic, how they conducted their research on topics they could not understand, whether they wanted the education to continue in this way in the future, and what changes the coronavirus caused in their lives. Taking advantage of the opinions of students with different education levels who at primary, secondary and high school levels, and by offering solutions to problems and deficiencies related to distance education in case such an unusual situation recurs in the future, it is to ensure that students do not have any disruption in their education. The research was conducted in Erzincan city center. The study group of the research consists of 13 students, 3 of whom primary school students, 4 middle school students and 8 high school students. Gender of the students in the study group and the grade level were taken into account. In this study, in which semi-structured interview form was used as a data collection tool, the data obtained from the research were subjected to content analysis. According to the results obtained in the research, 9 students stated that they experienced constant visual and sound freezing due to internet speed, 5 students stated that they did not have a technological device and internet access, and 3 students did not experience any difficulties during the lessons. at times did not want it to continue with distance education, 3 of them stated that they wanted the education to continue remotely. 4 students stated that they did not do any research regarding the incomprehensible subjects, 9 students stated that they consult the sourcebooks, and 4 students listened to the subject again on different platforms.
