Abstract

Organizational cynicism is the whole of the negative attitudes that the individual has towards the institution in which he or she operates. With the increasing importance of the individual in organizations as a human factor, the concepts affecting motivation and productivity, such as organizational cynicism, which are related to the individual, have also increased. In this study, it is aimed to explain the course of organizational cynicism in Turkey over the years. With the literature review carried out in this context, articles, papers and postgraduate studies conducted between 2014-2020 have been reached. The general situation in Turkey has been put forward with the evaluations and statements made on these studies and a perspective on the concept has been tried to be created. This study is thought to be beneficial in terms of shedding light on the studies to be carried out on this subject in the coming years.
