The aim of the organizations providing education in associate degree is to train a skilled workforce who is described as intermediate element in society. For this purpose, many lessons from foreign language education to computer education to the students by educational institutions are given in order to enable them to obtain professional skills in various fields. Office Management and Administrative Assistant program continues its educational activities both in the public and private sector to eliminate the shortage of skilled workers in the framework of this training. This research is directed measuring the qualification level of students’ professional skills throughout education and training who will graduate from the program of Office Management and Administrative Assistant. It is conducted to examine how lessons such as Computers, English, Accounting, Administrative Assistant, Business Correspondence, Protocol Information, Communication etc. contribute to acquiring the professional skills for students. The students of Ortaköy Vocational School Office Administration and Executive Assistant Section comprise the sample in the implementation phase of the research. In the study, the data were collected through questionnaires as a quantitative research method. In this context, the scale is used which is depeloped by Duman, Cogurcu, Atay and Cakmak. Also the data are analyzed by SPSS packet program
